Quality is engineered into every step, from incoming material verification through forging, heat treatment and NDT to final dimensional check, rather than inspected in at the end. Every shipment carries full material traceability and test documentation.

Testing & Inspection Capabilities
Chemical analysis Italian GNR spark optical emission spectrometer, with full composition verification on every heat.
Mechanical testing Servo-hydraulic universal tensile machine, automatic Charpy impact tester with low-temperature bath, Brinell hardness testing.
Non-destructive testing Digital ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle (MT), penetrant (PT) and visual inspection (VT), performed by Level II certified NDT personnel.
Dimensional inspection Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and full dimensional reporting.
Patented Forging Technology
We hold 5 granted patents on multi-directional closed-die forging tooling, including one invention patent:
- Invention patent: multi-directional forging die for valve covers with quick-change insert structure
- Utility models: closed-die forging dies for T-type copper bars, low-loss die design, quick-release combined valve-cover die, replaceable rear-cylinder punch for valve bodies
These proprietary dies give our valve bodies and covers superior dimensional consistency and grain flow.
