Zhejiang Longrui Forging Co., Ltd. is a closed-die forging manufacturer in Zhejiang, China, producing forged ball valve bodies and covers from 1/2″–12″ in Class 150–2500 on 6,000-ton multi-directional presses, with heat treatment, NDT and machining in-house.
Our in-house multi-directional forging press line, including a 6,000-ton (60 MN) multi-directional hydraulic press, produces single forged parts up to 520 kg and machined dimensions up to Ø600 × 1000 mm, with an annual forging capacity of 15,000 metric tons. Forging, heat treatment, machining and testing are all carried out under one roof, so quality is controlled at every step from raw material to finished part.
