Zhejiang Longrui Forging Co., Ltd. is a specialist closed-die (drop) forging manufacturer in Yunhe County, Zhejiang, China, serving valve makers, distributors and EPCs worldwide.
Since our founding we have focused on forged ball valve bodies, valve covers, gears, flanges and custom forgings for the valve, oil & gas, new-energy vehicle, construction & mining machinery and power industries.
Our in-house multi-directional forging press line, including a 6,000-ton (60 MN) multi-directional hydraulic press, produces single forged parts up to 525 kg and machined dimensions up to Φ600 × 1000 mm, with an annual forging capacity of 15,000 metric tons. Forging, heat treatment, machining and testing are all carried out under one roof, so quality is controlled at every step from raw material to finished part.
